Plain terms for a party game. By installing Impostr: Sus Zoo you agree to these.
Who you are agreeing with
Impostr: Sus Zoo is published by Engineers Space LLC (“we”, “us”). These terms cover the mobile app and this website.
Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the app on devices you control, for as long as these terms are kept. You may not resell it, rent it, or charge people to play it as a commercial service.
The artwork, the fifteen characters, the word banks, the name and the code remain ours. Play the game with anyone you like; do not extract the art or the word banks and ship them in something else.
The unlock
The app is free to play with the Animals deck, Rookie difficulty, one imposter and five rounds per day. There is one optional non-consumable purchase that removes the daily limit and opens all 30 categories, three difficulties, all eight word-bank languages and the two-imposter option.
- It is a single purchase, not a subscription, and it does not renew.
- Your store shows the price in your own currency before you confirm.
- The purchase belongs to the Apple or Google account that made it. Restore it by signing in with that same account — there is no Impostr account, so a purchase cannot move between Apple and Google.
- We may change what is in the unlock over time, but we will not move something out of it that you have already paid for.
Buying on iPhone does not unlock Android, and buying on Android does not unlock iPhone. This is the single thing people are most often surprised by, so we would rather you read it here first.
Refunds
Apple and Google take the payment, so they handle refunds under their own policies. We cannot issue one directly. If something is broken, write to us first — we would usually rather fix it.
Playing fair
Do not try to break, reverse-engineer or tamper with the app to get the unlock without paying, and do not use it in a way that breaks the law where you are. We may end this licence if you do.
What we promise, and what we don't
We work to keep the app functional and pleasant, but it is supplied as it is. We do not promise it will be free of every bug, run on every device, or be available forever. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer where you live, and if some of this is unenforceable there, the rest still stands.
Ending it
You can end this agreement at any time by deleting the app. We may end it if these terms are broken. If we stop publishing the app, any unlock you have bought remains subject to your store's own policies.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after that means the new version applies.
